1. Orders

Please make sure that all information provided when placing an order is correct, including your name, phone number and delivery address.

2. Payment

Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully received.

3. Pre-Order Items

For pre-order items, please take note of the estimated processing and delivery time stated on the product page. Pre-order items may require additional time to be prepared.

4. Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, the customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and monitoring the parcel using the tracking information provided.

5. Incorrect Information

If incorrect information is provided during checkout, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the parcel has been shipped, any changes to the delivery information must be handled directly with the courier.

6. Refund & Returns

Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for information regarding damaged, missing or incorrect items.

7. Product Information

We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions and photos. However, slight differences in colour or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings or manufacturing differences.
